Job Description

• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
• Working closely with sales team , enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools , material and presentations
• Guiding day to day activities of marketing team
• Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by marketing team
• Work closely with product management/strategy team to define marketing material and programs
• Manage social media reputation and recognition
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment
• Build a strong relationship with business partners , agencies and clients
• Focus on developing the brand’s financial performance, image and positioning compared to competitors

Job Requirements

• Any Degree holder, Business Management Diploma or MBA holder is more preferable
• Must have 5 years & above experiences in relative field and at least minimum 3 years of experiences in management level in marketing
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Friendly knowledge in social media background and event planning
• Exceptional leadership skill and a track record of developing marketing professional with a strong people management
• Immediately available is preferred
