Job Description

• Liaise with sales and marketing, operation team to ensure all elements of the event are in alignment to set up for success
• Other support and administrative tasks and duties as assigned by immediate superior as require
• Discuss the budget and expectations with management team
• Research venues and vendors that fit the occasion with budget
• Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decoration, catering, entertainment , transportation , location , invitee list and promotional materials etc,…
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problem on the event day
• Must understand requirements for each event
• Work closely with corporate communications on PR strategy and execution for events
• Manage and oversee on-site event team’s day to day responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in hospitality, marketing or relative field preferred
• Minimum 3 years and above experiences as an events planner or organizer
• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (meetings, parties, corporate events)
• Excellent time management and communication skill
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Proficiency in MS office skill
• Able to work with team and willing to travel
