Sales Leader

• Recruit, hire and train new sales team members
• Supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity
• Organize and coordinate sales team schedule
• Work together with sales team when closing sales
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Understand customer needs and offer solution and support
• Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Oversee day to day team’s operation and performance
• Responsible for directing , managing and motivating the sales team members
• Responsible for developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned
• Assist the sales manager to resolve customer complaints and issues with the sales department for smooth functioning
