Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with bank branches and other Line Manager to ensure sales targets are achieved. Provide support and assistance to Line Manager as required.
• Manage and monitor overall sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branches.
• Collaborate closely with Branch Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Head of Department to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Supervise and guide agents, regularly reviewing their performance and achievements.
• Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure accurate meeting minutes.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to key stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, status, and metrics.
• Participate in sales and refresher training programs for the bancassurance sales force.
• Provide support and facilitation for bancassurance activities as needed.
• Carry out other ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
• Coach and train team members when required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with solid knowledge of Sales and Business Management; prior experience in
Banking or Insurance is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Myanmar, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in presentation, leadership, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management.
