The Fleet Supervisor leads and coordinates all fleet-related activities to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, & cost control. The role is accountable for vehicle maintenance, driver management, & performance monitoring to support the organization’s business operations.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day fleet operations
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage driver assignments, scheduling, and performance.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, including registrations, insurance, and service history.
• Investigate and report accidents, damages, and incidents.
• Implement cost-control measures to optimize fleet expenses.
• Track and analyze fleet performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum (2) years of experience in vehicle maintenance with good understanding of automotive mechanical systems.
• Ability to monitor and control vehicle fuel consumption effectively.
• Strong team player with the ability to manage and supervise drivers and handle fleet-related matters efficiently.
• Active, agile, and able to perform duties accurately and efficiently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a cooperative and disciplined attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime as required by operational needs
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
