Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified sales agents to meet agency growth targets. Works closely with sales leaders to build a strong sales talent pipeline and support timely onboarding.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Leaders to understand sales hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles such as Financial Advisors, Team Leaders, Unit Managers and Sales Managers.
• Identify candidates’ sales capability, motivation, attitude, and market awareness aligned with agency expectations.
• Clear understanding of competitive compensation structures of insurance agents, incentives and support agency growth in line with market hiring trends.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments (required tests/ exams), and selection decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and attrition of new hires.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining of new sales hires.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or field sales roles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales roles, structures, product knowledge and agency business operations.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
• Familiarity with labor laws and ethical recruitment practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
